These terms cover your use of the averycare.ph website. Use of the AveryCare clinic management system itself is governed by the separate licence or service agreement signed when you become a customer. Where the two differ, that agreement takes precedence.

What this website is

This site describes AveryCare, a clinic management system for Annual Physical Examination and corporate health programs in the Philippines. It lets you read about the product and request a demonstration.

The feature walkthrough on this site is an illustration of how the system works, not a recording of live software. Figures shown in it are examples.

Requesting a demo

When you submit the demo form, you agree that:

• The information you give us is accurate and yours to provide
• You are authorised to enquire on behalf of the clinic you name
• You will not submit patient information or medical records through the form
• You will not use the form to send unsolicited or automated messages

Submitting a request does not create a contract, reserve a licence, or oblige us to provide a demonstration. We may decline any request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its underlying systems
• Probe, scan, or test the site's security without our written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the site
• Interfere with anyone else's use of the site
• Copy, reproduce, or republish site content without permission
• Misrepresent the site or its content as your own

Intellectual property

The AveryCare name, logo, site design, written content, and the software described here are owned by AveryCare and protected under Philippine and international law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

Company names and logos shown as illustrative examples belong to their respective owners and do not imply any endorsement or partnership.

Pricing and availability

Information about features, deployment options, and pricing is indicative and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Firm pricing is given in a written quotation, and only a signed agreement creates any commitment.

Some features described here are planned rather than released. We will tell you what is available today during your demonstration.

Availability of the site

We try to keep this site running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

This site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.
