Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AveryCare collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers the averycare.ph website only — not the clinic management system itself, which stores patient data on our customers' own infrastructure or dedicated hosting under a separate agreement.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

What we collect

We only collect information you type into the demo request form:

We do not collect patient information, medical records, or health data through this website. Please do not include patient details in the message field.

What we do with it

• Contact you about the demo you requested
• Answer questions you have asked us
• Prepare a demonstration relevant to your clinic

That is the whole list. We do not use your information for anything else without asking you first.

What we never do

• We never sell your information
• We never rent, trade, or share it with advertisers or data brokers
• We never add you to a marketing list because you requested a demo
• We never send newsletters or promotional email you did not ask for

Who can see it

Demo requests are accessible only to AveryCare staff who respond to enquiries. We do not share your details with third parties, except where necessary for the service to work:

• Our email provider transmits the notification and your confirmation message
• Our web host stores the website files and submitted data
• Law enforcement, only where we are legally compelled to disclose

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to two years from your enquiry, so we can refer back to earlier conversations. If you become a customer, your contact details are retained under our service agreement instead. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. A single session cookie is created only when you submit the demo form, and only to limit repeated submissions. It expires when you close your browser.

We load fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries from public CDNs. These providers may see your IP address as part of serving those files.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Be informed — know that we hold your information and why
• Access — request a copy of what we hold about you
• Correct — have inaccurate information fixed
• Erase or block — ask us to delete your information
• Object — withdraw your consent to our processing it
• Damages — claim compensation for a violation of your rights
• Complain — lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

Security

Submitted information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled servers. Stored enquiry data is not publicly reachable over the web.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that puts your information at serious risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of it, as the Data Privacy Act requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will email you about it.
